Placing an order indicates your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions and the quotation apply to the purchase and sale of any goods between us and you, to the exclusion of any other terms that you try to impose or incorporate, or which are implied by trade, custom, practice or course of dealing.
A “business day” means any day other than Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday in England and Wales.
The price is exclusive of fees for delivery.
The price is inclusive of any applicable VAT and other taxes or levies which are imposed or charged by any competent authority
Prices of our products may change occasionally, the changes will not affect any order you have already placed.
Payment will be taken immediately.
Only Goods that are deemed to be ‘available’ can be ordered. Available goods are either in stock or due to be released. All Goods are subject to availability and releases dates are subject to change.
When placing a PRE-ORDER, be aware of the release date, no products are shipped prior to the date or release.
If we have insufficient stock to fulfil your order, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond the reasonable control of the party. Such causes include, but are not limited to: power failure, internet service provider failure, industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, governmental action or any other event that is beyond the control of the party in question.
No waiver by us of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you shall be considered as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
If one or more of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unlawful, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, that / those provisions shall be deemed severed from the remainder or these Terms and Conditions (which will remain valid and enforceable).
